For TMC in Eindhoven, Career Control is looking for a Financial Controller for the international market. Are you an experienced Assistant Controller with a background in accounting or Have you gained a solid basis within accountancy and would you like to work in a fast-growing, international environment? Then this is your chance! 

As a Financial Controller within TMC in Eindhoven, you will mainly be involved in analysing, reporting and controlling activities, and you will be responsible for various private limited companies.

TMC operates internationally in 17 countries and specialises in high-tech consultancy. The company is growing rapidly and is looking for new colleagues who want to grow with the organisation. As Financial Controller you will be working in the Eindhoven office. In addition to eindhoven, you will also regularly travel abroad to work from there(on the high tech campus). You will work closely with the Finance Director as a sparring partner.

• Monitoring and processing financial reports / month-end and year-end closing
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Preparation of financial analyses and reports
• Preparing margin reports for bonus calculations
• Assisting with audits
• First-line support of office managers with invoicing and other financial questions
• Preparing outgoing payments
• Preparing presentations for Board meetings
• Providing ad hoc support in the field of business / financial control

De ideale kandidaat

• Minimum completed HBO/WO education in a financial field
• Experience with accounting and/or bookkeeping
• Ambitious and career-oriented
• willing to travel internationally for work
• Good communication skills
• Good level of English in speech and writing

Waar begin je aan?

• A salary between € 3,800 and € 4,800 gross per month
• Bonus is 10% which consists of personal targets (5%) and company target (5%)
• Reimbursement of travel expenses and possibly a car (to be discussed
• A good pension scheme with an own contribution of 4%
• 28 holiday days with possibility of accrual
