Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
- Accurately document client issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Use internal tools to configure software settings, assist with hardware installations, and provision new devices.
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation of tickets as needed.
- Analyse technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.

- You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service by phone.
- Some technical support experience is a big plus.
- You speak and write English fluently.
- Speaking German or French is preferred.
- You enjoy solving problems and working in a team.
- You are flexible and willing to work an evening shift sometimes.
- A customer-first attitude is more important than technical skills.
Technical affinity is a plus, but your customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills are even more important.
