You'll be the vital link, managing their purchase requests through the client's platform, from initial purchasing to successful order completion.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Customer Sales: Understand what customers need, create and share offers that fit them, negotiate the best deals on things like quality, price, and delivery, and process and submit orders correctly.
- End-to-End Order Support: Guide and help with orders from start to finish, watch orders closely to ensure they arrive correctly and on time, fix any problems quickly and help after the sale, and keep good records and update systems.
