Are you the administrative jack-of-all-trades we are looking for? ! As an F&B Office Coordinator you act as a spider in the web within the F&B team of Apollo Hotel Amsterdam. You are the first point of contact for your colleagues when it comes to schedules, sick reports, contracts, on-boarding and many other HR-related aspects. It is your job to ensure that the administration in this area runs smoothly. You will therefore work closely with the other departments of the Support Office (such as Marketing, Finance or HR) that will support you in this. You are also continuously working on improving our concept and coming up with new ideas to put us on the map even better. In short, a very versatile position with nice colleagues and a lot of freedom!
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCH A GOOD BACK OFFICE COORDINATOR?
- You already have some experience in the catering industry and/or in the Back Office
- You have at least MBO 4 working and thinking level.
