Together we will create a future full of fresh flavors and innovation. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in our team, responsible for:

• Packing and sorting fruits and vegetables according to established procedures
• Adjusting equipment prior to production to ensure smooth operations
• Closely monitoring machinery, making adjustments as needed
• Performing routine tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machinery
• Inspecting finished products and reporting any irregularities to the supervisor
• Following safety protocols and keeping the workplace clean
• Diagnosing and repairing minor defects, escalating more serious problems to the technical team
• Recording production data, including the number of pieces produced and any downtime
• Communicating effectively with other team members to ensure work flow

Work Monday through Friday 06:45 - 17:00, with the possibility of overtime and working on Saturdays if the volume of orders requires it.

• Knowledge of English and Dutch in communicative state required
• Own accommodation and transportation
• Experience as a machine operator (min. 1 year)
• Knowledge of operating fruit and vegetable packing and sorting machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions
• Good technical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality production
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
