As a Planner, you will be responsible for developing plans and reporting on quality controls in various departments, such as Product Supply, Breeding, and Regulatory. Your task will be to ensure the smooth running of laboratory operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication of results. You will work closely with laboratory coordinators and stakeholders to optimize planning processes and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, you will manage documentation related to quality matters in import and export. Finally, you will support the delivery of high-quality customer-oriented services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating laboratory plans and reports
• Monitoring KPIs and adjusting plans as needed
• Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
• Managing quality documentation for import and export
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize services

Working hours:

• 38 hours per week
• Working hours: 07:00 - 16:00
• Monday to Friday

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related fields
• Experience in planning-related tasks
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably LabVantage and SAP
• Customer-oriented and analytical mindset with attention to detail

• A salary ranging from €19.88 to €22.00 gross per hour (depending on experience)
• Reimbursement for travel expenses of €0.23 per km
