As a pollinator, you will play a key role in the development of new crops. Your responsibilities will include:
- Hand pollination and crossbreeding of plants.
- Castration and processing of plants and seeds.
- Accurately recording and verifying data.
- Tasks requiring manual precision and high concentration.
- Close cooperation with the team and adherence to plant growth schedules.
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 07:00/07:30 - 16:00

- Salary: €15.87 per hour + raises and bonuses according to the collective labor agreement (CAO).
- Overtime bonuses (up to 200%).
- Travel reimbursement: €0.23 per km (from 5 km).
