As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for preparing media, buffers, and antibiotic solutions according to established protocols. You will work with high-quality laboratory equipment such as pipettes, incubators, and autoclaves. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with quality and phytosanitary standards. You will also support team members in daily laboratory tasks and help maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment. In this role, precision and quality are essential for obtaining reliable results.

Responsibilities

• Preparing reagents, buffers, and media according to established protocols
• Working with laboratory equipment such as pipettes, incubators, and autoclaves
• Ensuring compliance with quality and phytosanitary standards
• Collaborating with the team and supporting laboratory tasks
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and hygienic work environment

Working Hours

• 38 hours per week
• Day shifts from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM
• Workdays: Monday to Friday

• Completed higher education (HBO) in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and laboratory equipment
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Hourly wage of €16.63
• Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km
