We are looking for a Guest Service Specialist who is friendly and professional in delivering outstanding service. In this position, you will be handling all incoming calls from guests / team members and external lines and actively sending pre-arrival and post-stay emails to enhance the guest journey. This in combination with handling complaints, documenting all incoming guest requests via email or phone, and keeping an overview of the reviews that the hotel receives/replying on them. Together with the Guest Relations team you work together to exceed guest expectations while keeping LQA standards in mind.
