Wat je gaat doen As a production operator at IFF, you play a vital role at the heart of our production process. You’ll be working in the PPU department, where your contributions directly impact the quality of everyday products. You’ll face the challenge of transforming our flavor ingredients into powders with precision, which are then used in products worldwide. This is your opportunity to be part of a process that makes an impact both locally and internationally.

What you will do:

• Collect and weigh raw materials, ensuring accuracy according to our quality standards;
• Add raw materials into machines and ensure proper processing;
• Follow recipes and carefully mix ingredients to create the best flavor combinations;
• Fill the final products into bags and prepare them for shipment.

Wat we je bieden

• A competitive hourly wage of €16.88, excluding shift allowance;
• ADV allowance of 5.12%;
• 20.5% shift allowance for 3-shift work, applied to all hours worked;
• The opportunity to secure a permanent contract with IFF over time;
• Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometre;

Functie-eisen

• Flexible availability to work in a 3-shift system.
• Proficiency in Dutch or English;
• Experience in logistics or production environment;
• Physically capable of lifting 20-25 kg bags;
• A precise, disciplined, and hard-working approach to tasks.
