As a sous chef you are passionate, a true leader, hard worker and creative. In our hotel you are responsible for multiple F&B outlets and a multi-cultural team. You are working on an à la carte restaurant Great Room, finger food for the Executive Lounge, comfort food for the guests who order Room Service and huge dinners and buffets for the large groups in the Banqueting. As a Sous Chef you report to the Executive Chef within a brigade of about 10 people from all over the world.
