We are currently looking for a steward who will help to clean the public area as well for 16 hours a week. As a steward you have an eye for cleanliness of not only the dishes but the whole kitchen, breakfast, bar and back area. You are comfortable in working during high-peak and low-peak moments.
Duties
Operate pot washing machinery
Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures
Cleans large equipment as assigned, following established procedures
Stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner
If any breakages or chipped items found, then remove them from circulation
Cleans and maintains floors and walls in kitchen and dishwashing area, as well as public area such as breakfast and bar area
Cleaning the kitchen freezers and fridges
