As artisanal production employee you work with your hands all day. The first period you will focus on laminating moulds and products. By using brushes and paint rollers you and your co-workers conjure glass mat and resin from polyester into the most exotic shapes and colors. So it is not production on an essembly line, but everything is custom made! Once you've mastered this skill eventually you can continue to grow to other stations in the production process. #MKB
