Are you a passionate recruiter ready to attract the best talent for Unilever Ice Cream? We offer you the opportunity to work full-time as a temporary recruiter within the new, independent Ice Cream business. You will collaborate with internal Talent Partners to find the right people for various positions. Whether it's entry-level or management roles, you know exactly what's needed and have the expertise to attract the right talent. This role is in Rotterdam for the first months, and then moves to Amsterdam.
Your role within the organization:
You will be the link between Unilever and the external talent market. This means staying on top of trends and opportunities, advising HR and business teams on the best candidates. From managing vacancies to actively networking with future talent via digital and social channels, you know how to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. You will have the freedom to work both independently and as part of a team, and you will experience a lot of variety in your daily tasks. Unilever will move from Rotterdam to Amsterdam and needs you for this temporary job. This position is for 3 months from January until April.
Who are you?
You are fluent in English and have a Bachelor's degree. Also, you are proficient in MS Office, recruitment systems, and digital screening tools like HireVue and LinkedIn Recruiter. As a person, you have the flexibility to operate in a fast-changing environment and can handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Handling a large workload at once is what makes you go, and you are available per the 19th of January.
- A monthly salary between €3700- and €5500,- (bruto);
- Travel reimbursement for commuting;

- Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home;
- A full-time temporary position (40 hours per week), extension possible.
- At least finished hbo Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- You have at least 3-5 years of proven experience in creatively sourcing and attracting (scarce) profiles, with platforms like LinkedIn and Social Media being your best friends.
- You have experience recruiting for open vacancies at all levels in a high-pressure environment;
- Ideally, you have experience and knowledge of international recruitment processes;
- You are proficient in MS Office, HR systems such as Workday and Hiredscore, digital screening and sourcing tools like HireVue and LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
