Employment agency Manpower is looking for a First Line Manager for a company in Eindhoven.

As a First Line Manager you will perform the following working activities: 

• Empower, guide, and coach teams towards achieving optimal performance and maintaining production excellence
• Oversee day-to-day operations with precision, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and swift response to evolving situations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency within the team and organization
• Ensure continuous improvement of department KPIs: Safety, Quality, Line efficiency, Extract losses
•   Lead Lean Six Sigma belt project focusing on improving gross line yield of returnable packaging line
