You start your day with a cup of coffee. From the spacious, bustling office or from home. You check in with your direct colleague, the category manager. Together, you review the priorities for the upcoming week. Your department is responsible for keeping a beautiful product line up-to-date. This means looking at which products are performing well and which are not. It also means purchasing new products and adding them to the assortment. As a procurement administrative assistant, you support this process! Your tasks also include by requesting samples, organize photoshoots and entering all product information into the systems.
