As a sous chef you are passionate, a true leader, hard worker and creative. In our hotel you are working for multiple F&B outlets in a multi-cultural team. You are working for our à la carte restaurant Great Room, preparing finger food for the Executive Lounge, make wonderful comfort food for the guests who order Room Service or work for large groups in the Banqueting. As a Sous Chef you report to the Executive Chef within a brigade of about 10 team members from all over the world. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
