Printing Preparation
- Preparing various materials required for the printing process.
- Receiving the digital graphic files (prepared at the headquarters) and checking the files for completeness according to specification.
- Arranging timely ink supplies from the external ink service.
- Receiving and arranging the received materials (plates, rubbers)
- Preparing production flat standards.
- Issuing of printing plates to the production department in line with the production plan.
Cleaning
- Checking the quality of used printing plates.
- Storing all used printing plates in the fotolitho department.
- Storing and cleaning all used standards in the fotolitho department.
Maintenance
- Performing daily maintenance, adjustments and testing of plate development equipment.
- Notifying the maintenance department in case of equipment problems.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Administration
- Registering the daily material usage, the consumption of special inks (Thermo, DPG, Glow in the dark etc.) and printing plates.
- Archiving all the (digital) graphic files.
- Pick up the cans after every QC approval.
- A competitive salary of €3290 in a 2 shift system including a 114% allowance.
