As a Cleanroom Operator, you are independently responsible for setting up and repackaging your machine line, both fully automated and semi-automated. You have technical insight and experience as an Operator. You will need to intervene when there are minor malfunctions in your machines. For complex issues, you will call in the technical service team. You closely monitor the quality of the final products. Additionally, you are constantly working on improving your production and the entire production process. As a Cleanroom Operator, you are responsible for meeting your daily production targets.
Working in a cleanroom involves specific requirements. You won't wear regular work clothes but special attire, such as a hairnet, a white coat, and overshoes. Some experience working in a cleanroom is a plus. It is important that you are analytical and handle stress well. You will often work in pairs, so teamwork is essential.
The working hours are as follows:
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
- 22:00 - 06:00
You will work in a five-shift system, six days in a row, followed by four days off. Work continues on weekends and public holidays.
