- Leading the AFM Delivery Team and the associated revenue streams from Parts and Revamps to drive the highest levels of customers satisfaction
- Play an active role as a member of the Aftermarket Management Team and the L4 Management Team of the business unit.

Accountabilities
- To drive and uphold the highest levels of safety and well being within the team and the wider business.
- Develop a high performing team including the but not limited to the development of team members and performance management.
- Ensuring that both contractual and non-contractual commitments towards customers and other stakeholders are achieved and that their expectations are managed appropriately.
- Accountable for revenue, cash flow and project margin for the Parts and Revamp revenue streams. This includes warranty obligations.
- Accountable for the standards of project management within the team.
- Accountable for all aspects of engineering associated with Aftermarket Revamps and providing the engineering support resources to others within the business when required.
- Accountable for Aftermarket procurement activities and supporting procurement activities for other value streams when necessary.
- Set and achieve relevant performance targets, priorities, plans and metrics for the team and play an active role in the same for the wider Aftermarket Team and business when required.
- Support the process for establishing and managing the department operating budget. Responsible for management of the budget and resources of own department.
- Ensure that the highest levels of quality assurance are maintained for all activities within scope of the role.
- To take and promote actions that pro-actively drive sustainable growth of the business.
- To be a problem solver, and not afraid to use new ideas / initiatives and challenge our processes.
- Leads initiatives and takes responsibility to improve safety, reduce delivery cycle times, response times, process improvements, improve sales margin and staff development.
- Identify and implement opportunities for the development of Aftermarket products and services.
- Continually update and share personal knowledge of relevant new technologies, customer and market demands, legal, safety, contractual and export compliance regulations.
- Deputise for manager and other colleagues when required.
- Carry out any other reasonable request for a company or department level initiative or task as may be required from time to time.

Jouw profielESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience supplying similar rotating equipment products or services to the oil and gas, petrochemical or power generation industries. This includes experience of delivering the high safety standards expected by these industries.
- Successful experience in aftermarket sales or projects, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experienced and comfortable working in a faster paced environment such as Aftermarket.
- Excellent Project Management skillset with demonstrable experience.
- Excellent commercial acumen.
- Previous experience leading teams including coaching and developing team members.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Solution oriented and customer focussed mind-set.
- Strong team player
- An eye for detail and working diligently to ensure activities are fully completed to conclusion.
- Knowledge of financial management and processes that are applicable to the role
- Fluent in English

- Project management certifications
