Preparation is key and you start by checking all tables and reservations for the last finishing touch. You also make sure that everyone on your team knows what their role is for today. During the service you keep an overview and make sure everything runs smoothly. You manage the team and help when it gets busy. At the same time you ensure an optimal atmosphere on the work floor. You motivate and coach your team to give our guests the service they are used to. Together with the Restaurant Manager you will come up with new ideas to make Floor17 even more successful. Besides the daily operations you will also be involved in a number of administrative tasks, such as making schedules, checking invoices and ordering products and materials.
