Over de functieAs a production employee at IFF, you will play a vital role in our production department, directly contributing to the quality of everyday products. You will be challenged to transform our flavorings into powders with precision, impacting products worldwide. What You're Going to Do:

• Collect and weigh raw materials with precision to meet our quality standards
• Add raw materials to the machine and ensure correct processing
• Follow recipes and carefully blend raw materials to create the best flavor combinations
• Fill the end products into bags and prepare them for shipment

Wat we bieden

• Attractive hourly wage of €16.88, excluding shift allowance;
• ADV (additional leave days) allowance of 5.12%;
• 20.5% shift allowance for working in 3 shifts, applied to every hour worked;
• Opportunity for a permanent contract with IFF over time;
• Travel reimbursement of €0.42 per kilometer;
• Pension contribution from your first week of work.

Functie-eisen

• Flexible availability for 3-shift work;
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English at B2 level;
• Preferably experienced in logistics/production;
• Physically capable of lifting 20-25 kg bags;
• Precise, disciplined, and hardworking.
