Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Agent for CEVA Logistics in Schiphol-Rijk.
As a Customer Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our export customers. You ensure that customer inquiries are handled quickly and professionally, building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with a dedicated team of colleagues to ensure smooth daily customer support.
Your responsibilities
- Answering questions and handling complaints via phone, email, and chat, according to established SLAs
- Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
- Accurately recording customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with operational teams to solve complex issues and inform customers in a timely manner
- Contributing to achieving individual and team objectives regarding customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
