English Speaking Operator

As a key member of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in the production process of our international agricultural company. Your primary responsibilities include operating, checking, and adjusting production installations to ensure seamless operations and meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for cleaning the production machines, conducting quality checks, and promptly reporting any malfunctions to the team leader. Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations is paramount to ensure a secure working environment.

You will collaborate closely with your colleagues, following an 8-week schedule with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Additionally, you will have 5 night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) during 8 working weeks. • A good starting salary between €3,350 and €3,700 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on your work experience.
