We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager who can maintain the overview at all times with the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. In this role, you'll oversee all the VIP guest arriving and departing, guest interactions and the activities within the lobby.
As Guest Relations Manager you are responsible for leading, coaching, training and motivating your team. In addition, you know how to approach guests and through your authenticity you give each guest a unique feeling by creating Authentic Luxury moments.
