Over de functieAs an administrative assistant in IFF's Tilburg office, you will support the Customs team with a variety of administrative tasks for a temporary period of approximately 3-4 months. Your primary responsibility will be processing Long Term Supplier Declarations (LTSDs) for various IFF locations across Europe (including Tilburg, Slovenia, the UK, and Denmark), with a focus on the Nourish & Scent business units.

Your Responsibilities

• Requesting LTSD documents from European suppliers via email
• Reviewing LTSD documents for completeness and accuracy
• Maintaining an overview of outstanding requests and following up in MS Excel
• Sending regular reminders to suppliers regarding missing or incomplete documents
• Managing and archiving all LTSD documents to ensure organized records
  
  In addition, you will assist the Customs team with other administrative tasks to keep the process running smoothly.

• A temporary full-time position of approximately 4 months
• Gross hourly wage of €17.75 according to IFF's CAO
• 8.33% holiday pay, accrual of vacation days, and an ADV allowance of 5.12%
• Travel allowance of €0.42 per kilometer

Functie-eisen

• Experience in an administrative role
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with SAP is a plus
• Flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Willing to work onsite at IFF in Tilburg; remote work is not an option for this role
