As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide life-changing pharmaceutical solutions. Your responsibilities will include various warehouse tasks to ensure the efficient flow of pharmaceutical materials.
- Receiving (Inbound): Receive incoming pharmaceutical shipments, meticulously verifying contents and inspecting for any potential issues following QC (Quality Control), and QA (Quality Assurance) regulations. Maintain precise records of received items and update our inventory systems accordingly. Organize received pharmaceutical materials for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Labeling and Inventory: Apply clear and accurate labels to pharmaceutical products, adhering to QC (Quality Control), and QA (Quality Assurance) labeling standards. Keep our inventory meticulously organized and maintain detailed records. Participate in cycle counting and support periodic physical inventory checks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick pharmaceutical products based on picking orders, ensuring precision in quantity and item selection. Safely and securely pack pharmaceuticals for shipment, adhering to our stringent packaging guidelines.
- Outbound (Shipping): Prepare pharmaceutical material (run kits) for outbound shipments, confirming order accuracy. Assist with documentation and collaborate with carriers and logistics partners.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders such as Manufacturing, QC (Quality Control), and QA (Quality Assurance) to ensure seamless warehouse operations and compliance with quality standards.
