Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Lab Technician Cheese for DSM-Firmenich in Delft. 

As a lab technician, you will work with two other technicians to produce various cheeses in the pilot plant using different ingredients. Monitoring and analyzing the cheeses as they mature, is a part of your role. The team also ensures hygiene and safety in the Cheese pilot plant, lab, and ripening facilities. As a lab technician you will have the following responsibilities: 

• Execution of multiple types of analyses (chemical, rheological) on ingredients and final products
• Raw material intake to ripening and maintenance of the final products
• Pilot scale and small-scale production of various types of cheeses
• Organizing tasting sessions to assess the products
• Reporting of results, conclusions and recommendations for further development
