Responsibilities:
- Operation: independently operate various machines in the production process to ensure a high-quality end product.
- Adjustments: skillfully change over and fine-tune machines for different production runs.
- Quality control: conduct checks and take action in case of deviations to maintain product standards.
- Maintenance: resolve first-line malfunctions and perform maintenance activities in collaboration with the technical service team.
- Innovation: contribute to the development and testing of new products and processes.
- Earn a competitive monthly wage between €2,345 and €2,985, excluding shift allowance and other benefits, based on your age and experience.
