Your Day to Day
As Chief Engineer/Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the engineering, maintenance and operational integrity of a hotel consisting of the flagship voco property voco The Hague.
You are responsible for the physical integrity of all facilities and lead the technical aspects of the safety and security programs. You work closely together with all hotel departments, especially with Front Office and Housekeeping and you connect with guests daily.
This pivotal role is part of the hotel's Management Team, reports to the General Manager and has a Supervisor the hotel supporting the delivery of all priorities.
Manage the overall maintenance of the hotel and the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems, ensuring facilities are in optimal condition
