Over deze vacature
ONE-Dyas B.V. Is on a journey to near-zero. Their success in the energy transition is powered by people. And they value their talented and motivated employees accordingly. We are now looking for an ESG controller (reporting manager).
Let's provide some context. Since you're interested in both sustainability and the energy transition, you probably know about the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). ONE Dyas will have to comply with CSRD from 2025. As their new ESG Controller, you will help them to deliver on these goals.
It's a new, hands-on role because of the new CSRD report - and it will play an essential part on their journey to increased transparency around material sustainability topics for ONE-Dyas. You will lead the preparation and implementation of CSRD-compliant and other sustainability reporting for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. That means working with various departments to collect, review and consolidate data points and, as you go, establishing an adequate audit trail for material sustainability topics.
You'll develop a reporting best practice to meet the assurance requirements of external auditors. Ensure reports are delivered accurately on time and tailored to the needs of our stakeholders. And building networks to make sure ONE Dyas continues to stay up-to-date, correctly interpret the regulatory standards and align with best practices.
In short, you will be the internal focal point for all external regulations relating to sustainability reporting. Yes, it's an exciting challenge. Yet it promises to be equally motivating and just as rewarding.
