The R&D team at Unilever Wageningen is looking for a Product Developer to work on products for The Vegetarian Butcher. As a member of the TVB R&D team, the product developer will be involved in new innovations, renovations, and 5S-related projects. It is important that this position is filled in by a person who is highly passionate in creating delicious products and at the same time with appreciation for the industrial recipe creation.
Responsibilities (among others):
- Support/Deliver formulation workstream in projects;
- Develop product formulations according to the business product design brief, processability and safety requirements;
- Perform product and ingredient physical-chemical analyses according to needs;
- Ensure high quality documentation of work in available software systems (eg PLM);
- To support implementation of approved formulation in the sourcing unit through pilot plant and plant trial;
Profile
We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, energetic and analytical, who stands with the vision and mission of The Vegetarian Butcher. - A monthly wage of between €3350,- and €4850,- (before tax);

- Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau; HBO, Masters degree in the area of Food Technology/Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering or related;

- Good communication skills and fluency in English;
- Technical mindset applied to solutions, eye for detail, and analytical thinking.
