What you'll do
As a French-Dutch webcare or webshop specialist, your job is to assist customers of a well-known store chain across Europe. You'll be working for our client, a digital delivery partner that collaborates with major retail brands worldwide.
- Support on the webshop: Answer customer inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, and warranties.
- Social media interaction: Help customers on platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, and more.
- Manage inquiries: Handle customer questions via phone and email.
- All of this will be done in French and Dutch!
- Full-time position: Work between 32 and 40 hours per week, with the possibility of working part-time if that's what you are looking for (16-32 hours).
- Flexible hours: The customer service team operates from Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 21:00. You'll need to be available during these hours, including occasional weekends.
- Hybrid work: After a paid training period of one week, you'll be able to work from home for part of the week.
