- Lead and supervise a team of employees, including supporting their recovery and reintegration during illness;
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, set priorities, monitor progress, and address issues that arise, internally or externally;
- Communicate effectively with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations;
- Oversee daily activities and take corrective action for errors in loading, unloading, or storage processes;
- Ensure the warehouse is well-organized, manage physical inventory, and guarantee accurate product storage;
- Maintain precise storage records, including reporting and returning damaged products (Wiera system);
- Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Supervisor on operational progress, HR matters, and employee performance reviews;
- Prepare and submit KPI reports, ensuring the warehouse is clean and orderly;
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental, and food safety regulations;
- Manage accurate time and attendance records, including payroll and absenteeism tracking (XpertSuite, Velocity EHS).
- A competitive salary between €3,050 and €3,300 per month, based on your experience;
