As a production coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. You will lead a team of 6 to 8 production employees, guiding them in their tasks and stepping in to assist whenever needed. Throughout the day, you perform various quality checks to ensure the processed products meet the required standards. If a machine malfunctions, you will resolve it if possible, or otherwise, contact the technical support team.

When a different product needs to be produced, you ensure the production line is thoroughly cleaned and adjust the machine settings accordingly. At the end of your shift, you make sure your workspace is left tidy and ready for the next team.
