Your Role
As Senior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for delivering and executing finance planning, actuals, closing, and reporting activities for the Grenzach Manufacturing site, and for managing the financial control processes across other sites. You will build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will also coordinate and ensure the delivery of services from the Financial Shared Services team, acting as a service receiver for "finance actuals and closing services."our Role As Senior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for delivering and executing finance planning, actuals, closing, and reporting activities for the Grenzach Manufacturing site, and for managing the financial control processes across other sites. Your Responsibilities
• Provide timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting for the Grenzach site and other allocated entities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Finance Business Partners.
• Collaborate with budget holders to support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare planning figures in line with top-down guidance.
• Serve as the contact person for internal and external audits, including statutory financial audits.
• Ensure services from the Financial Shared Services team are delivered to agreed standards.
• Support management reporting, including monthly forecast/actuals reporting.
• Oversee inventories, CAPEX, and first-line analyses for actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Provide judgment-based content (e.g., accruals, provisions) to the shared service center.
• Ensure compliance with the Internal Control Framework.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of financial control activities for EMEA Manufacturing & Technology.
