We're looking for an enthusiastic team leader to make an impact!

At Schneider Electric, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of motivated warehouse staff in our dynamic logistics environment. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing goods while fostering a culture of growth and improvement.

What will you do?As a team leader, you’ll take the reins with:

• Inspiring and coaching a team of around 15 warehouse staff.
• Planning and organizing, from work schedules to warehouse layouts.
• Building a culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Achieving and exceeding KPIs through proactive leadership.
• Selecting, onboarding, and training new team members for quick success.
• Actively participating in meetings about safety, quality, and productivity.
• Driving improvement initiatives to elevate the department.
• Managing a clean, organized, and efficient workplace (5S).
• Contributing to the development of multi-skilled operators in the warehouse.

What do you bring to the table?

For this exciting full-time role, we are looking for a driven professional with:

• Flexibility to work in two shifts.
• Leadership experience in managing a warehouse team – you know how to inspire people and keep processes running smoothly.
• Language skills in English and preferably in Dutch, enabling you to communicate effectively in our international environment.
• Strong communication skills to motivate, energize, and guide your team to success.
• At least 2 years of experience as a team leader in the logistics sector.
