Production worker 5 shifts

You will be working at a specialist in pet food. The company is heavily automated, the machines are modern. The working atmosphere is open and not formal, colleagues work as a team. The temperature in the workplace can vary from cold to hot, and the location in Ittervoort employs about 70 workers.

The company is easily accessible from cities such as Roermond, Weert, Venlo, Peel en Maas, Stein and Sittard-Geleen.

Are you looking for a job within a production company with varied tasks? In this position you will work as a production employee in 5 shifts at a company in Ittervoort. Together with your colleagues you make sure that the orders go out the door complete and correct. Daily you are busy with the following tasks:

• Transporting raw materials and finished products to the correct locations within the production line and warehouse;
• Operating the machine/conveyor belt; 
• Manually stacking products; 
• Loading and unloading trucks and checking goods for quality;
• Replenishing the mix line with raw materials and packaging to keep production running.

• You have experience in a food production environment;
• Working 5 shifts is not a problem for you;
• You have an eye for detail and are flexible and stress resistant.

Should you have a forklift certificate that would be a great advantage. 

• Starting salary between €14,- and €15,- gross per hour, depending on experience and knowledge;
• Shift bonus of 28% on each hour worked;
• Travel allowance of €0,19 per kilometer (from 10 kilometers);
• End of year bonus of 6% on top of your hourly wage;
• Pension accrual from day one;
• Start with a contract through Olympia, with the intention to be taken over by the client on suitability with a view to permanent employment.
• You will work fulltime in a 5-shift system according to the following working hours: 05:45-14:15, 13:45-22:15 and 21:45-6:15. This is a position with many responsibilities and opportunities for advancement to other positions.
