As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with care, precision, and a touch of humor. Every day brings something new in this role. You will:
- Manage air freight shipments from A to Z, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Keep clients informed about shipment statuses, delivery schedules, and rates.
- Handle documentation and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with airlines, carriers, and colleagues across departments – both locally and internationally.
- Think ahead and suggest process improvements to make operations even smoother.
You’re the ideal candidate if you:
- Have strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English (spoken and written).
- Know how to set priorities and remain organized under pressure.
- Work accurately and quickly pick up on new systems and processes.
- Are proactive and always look for ways to improve your work.
- Bring a positive attitude and maybe even some humor to the team!
- A full-time position in day shifts within an international organization.
- Competitive salary: € 2,434 to € 3,300 gross per month, based on your experience.
- Senior in the industry? You can secure a direct contract with DHL without a temp period.
- New to the field? No worries! The goal is for you to be permanently employed after a few months.
