In this role, you’ll support employees throughout their journey at ASML, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. As part of the People Operations Back Office team, you’ll ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality HR services, creating a seamless and exceptional employee experience.

This position is based at our headquarters in Veldhoven, the Netherlands—an inspiring and collaborative environment at the heart of technological innovation.

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and professional text;
• Proficiency in data analytics, including Excel (formulas, charts) for creating insights;
• Experience with HR systems and the ability to navigate, troubleshoot, and optimize processes;
• A proactive mindset, taking initiative and ownership to solve problems and implement improvements;
• Integrity when handling confidential information and accountability for results;
• Flexibility to adapt to changing goals and priorities while maintaining focus on delivering excellent service.

• A competitive salary starting at €23 per hour, which can go up to €27 per hour, biased on your experience and education.

• A full-time role of 40 hours per week (32 hours is negotiable).
• A day shift schedule, starting between 8:00-9:00 and ending between 17:00-18:00.
