Packaging Operator 3 Shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a packaging operator at Perfetti Van Melle, you contribute to the production of the well-known candy, Mentos. You ensure that our products reach customers worldwide in top quality. You'll be responsible for maintaining a smooth packaging process while upholding high-quality standards. Experience with operating machinery and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor the packaging line and independently resolve minor malfunctions; for larger issues, you'll collaborate with the technical team;
• Work closely with fellow operators to ensure an efficient production process and provide support where needed;
• Keep the production line continuously supplied with the necessary materials to prevent downtime;
• Conduct quality checks, report deviations, and propose improvements;
• Be part of a medium-sized team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

• Competitive salary between €3,200 and €3,500 per month;

Here, we produce Mentos, starting with the preparation phase and completing the process in the packaging department.As a new operator, you'll receive a comprehensive onboarding program, including an e-learning module on safety guidelines.
