We are looking for a Guest Relations Employee who drives on exceeding guest's expectations. With your warm and welcoming hospitality heart, you treat every guest as a VIP and you can handle complaints like no other.
Your main tasks are:
· Creating authentic luxury moments for our guest;
· Answer and investigate the reviews on all channels;
· Rooming of the guest upon arrival;
· Support Front Office in queue handling during busy check-in / check-out times;
· Preparation, room assignment, pre-arrival, receiving, follow-up, departure, post-mail and contact person for our VIP guests (full handling as amenities, welcoming, complaints etc.).
