Logistic worker inbound

You will be working in an American multinational company. This company provides complete solutions for buildings in various sectors, such as healthcare, utility construction, shipping and airports. The adjacent warehouse is neat, clean and above all quiet.

Location is easily accessible from: Stein, Sittard-Geleen, Brunssum, Echt-Susteren, Roermond and Weert.

You play a crucial role in the logistics process by ensuring that every product finds its way to the right location in the warehouse. What exactly will you be doing?

• Unloading trucks with precision and speed: You ensure that all incoming goods are unloaded from the trucks smoothly, without causing damage. You work accurately and keep an overview of the process;
  
  
• Sorting mixed pallets: After unloading the trucks, you sort mixed pallets. This means that you ensure that all products are neatly separated and stored in an orderly manner. Your eye for detail helps to prevent errors;
  
  
• Driving internal transport vehicles: You are responsible for the safe and efficient driving of various vehicles in the warehouse, such as an electric pallet truck (EPT), forklift or reach truck. With this you move goods to the right locations.
  
  You will join an inbound team of approximately 15 colleagues. Together you will form a motivated group that is well attuned to each other. There is a pleasant working atmosphere, in which cooperation is central. You will work in day shifts, from 08:30 to 16:30, which ensures a good work-life balance.

• You are available full-time (38 hours per week);
• If you have a forklift and reach truck certificate, this is an advantage;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• A starting salary of €14.85 per hour, depending on knowledge and experience;
• A travel allowance up to a maximum of 30 km one way €0.23 per kilometer;
• Opportunities to develop yourself and opportunities to obtain certificates;
• You start with a contract via Olympia, but if you perform well, there is a chance of a contract directly with the client.
