At Schneider Electric, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team of motivated warehouse employees in our dynamic logistics environment. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing goods while fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
What will you do as a Team Leader?
- Lead and inspire: Manage a team of approximately 15 warehouse employees and motivate them to perform at their best.
- Plan and organize: From work schedules to warehouse layouts, you keep everything running smoothly.
- Focus on improvement: Initiate and implement improvement projects to elevate processes.
- Achieve goals: Proactively manage KPIs to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure safety and quality: Actively participate in meetings on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Develop your team: Select, train, and guide new team members to get them up and running quickly.
- Increase efficiency: Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S) and develop multi-skilled team members.
What do you bring to the table?
For this dynamic full-time role, we’re looking for a driven Team Leader with:
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in two shifts.
- Leadership experience: Proven experience managing a warehouse team—you know how to inspire people and keep processes on track.
- Language skills: Proficiency in both Dutch and English to communicate effectively in our international environment.
- Strong communication skills: You know how to motivate, inspire, and guide your team to success.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the logistics sector.
