As a Transportation Employee for our client in Venlo, you will ensure smooth transportation processes within the Distribution Center and the Service Center in Germany. Your responsibilities include:
- Timely processing of transport orders.
- Preparing and submitting shipping documents to transport partners.
- Handling inquiries about shipment statuses and delivery dates.
- Acting as the main contact between operational teams and transport partners.
- Reporting transport-related KPIs to ensure cost-efficient operations.
- Filing claims for transport damages.
