Your RoleAs an independent chef, you will be responsible for cooking meals directly in front of guests, combining skill, showmanship, and flavor. Who Are You?You have an MBO level 4 qualification or equivalent and excel in working independently. With experience in a professional Japanese kitchen, you are passionate about the Japanese cuisine, dedicated to maintaining high culinary standards and have experience with cooking in front of (large) groups of people.

What we offer:- A 1-year contract with the possibility of extension;
- A gross monthly salary between €2,869 and €3,639;
- A bonus equivalent to 1 week's salary upon achieving the GOP (Gross Operating Profit) budget and a minimum score of 'successful' in your annual evaluation;

- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- Proven experience as a head chef in a professional kitchen, with knowledge of menu planning and food hygiene;
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team management;

- Ability to work independently and experience leading an international team.
