Are you a natural leader with logistics experience? At Schneider Electric, you’ll have the opportunity to shine in a dynamic and innovative logistics environment. What Will You Do as a Team Leader?

• Lead and Inspire: You will lead a team of around 15 warehouse staff and help them achieve their best performance.
• Organize and Plan: From creating work schedules to optimizing warehouse processes, you keep everything running smoothly.
• Process Improvement: You will continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Achieve Results: With your focused approach, you ensure KPIs are not only met but exceeded.
• Ensure Safety: You actively contribute to enhancing safety and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Develop Your Team: You will recruit, guide, and develop new team members while encouraging existing staff to grow.
• Efficiency in Action: You promote an organized workspace (5S) and build a flexible, multi-skilled team.

What Do You Bring?

• Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading a team, ideally in logistics or production.
• Practical Approach: You are focused on safety, quality, and team well-being.
• Organizational Skills: You have excellent organizational skills and a talent for problem-solving.
• Energy and Motivation: You have the energy and vision to coach your team to success.
• Language Skills: You are fluent in both Dutch and English, allowing you to communicate effectively in an international environment.
