Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Procurement Management: Lead the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract
- finalization. Collaborate closely with the project preparation and management teams to meet technical and financial requirements.
- Support to Work Preparation: Assist the work preparation team by coordinating procurement schedules, aligning material availability with project timelines, and ensuring all technical specifications are met.
- Document Structuring: Review, organize, and update project-related documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Contract Administration: Analyze, draft, and revise contractual documents, including legal agreements. Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the procurement team, ensuring effective collaboration, adherence to project timelines, and continuous professional development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with the "one-to-build" principle, where each project is tailored to unique client needs.
