Technical Buyer (international)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Procurement Management: Lead the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract
• finalization. Collaborate closely with the project preparation and management teams to meet technical and financial requirements.
• Support to Work Preparation: Assist the work preparation team by coordinating procurement schedules, aligning material availability with project timelines, and ensuring all technical specifications are met.
• Document Structuring: Review, organize, and update project-related documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Contract Administration: Analyze, draft, and revise contractual documents, including legal agreements. Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Team Leadership: Oversee the procurement team, ensuring effective collaboration, adherence to project timelines, and continuous professional development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with the "one-to-build" principle, where each project is tailored to unique client needs.

We are looking for a Technical Buyer with:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles (preferred).
• Familiarity with procurement laws and regulations, particularly in an international context.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive and flexible mindset, eager to adapt to the unique challenges of each project.
