Wat je gaat doen For IFF in Tilburg, we are looking for a trainee operator for the "Scent" department, where fragrance ingredients are created. What makes this position so unique is the constant variety in production - no two days are the same! Together with 24 dedicated colleagues, you ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Your tasks:

• Collecting powders and liquids for the creation of fragrances;
• Mixing and accurately weighing raw materials;
• Operating and monitoring equipment;
• Ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards.You will work in a 5-shift system with the following shifts.

You will work in a 5-shift system with the following shifts:
07:00 - 15:00
15:00 - 23:00
23:00 - 07:00 Wat we je bieden

- Gross hourly wage of €19.42 (full-time), excluding shift allowance;
- 30% shift allowance on top of your gross hourly wage for all hours worked;
- A job with long-term prospects: our goal is to offer a permanent contract at IFF;
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, and a 13th month bonus;
- Travel allowance of €0.42 per km;
- Pension contributions from your first working week.

Functie-eisen

• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English;
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system;
• Experience as an (assistant) operator;
• Attention to detail is crucial, especially when weighing and measuring powders and liquids;
• Comfortable working with chemical substances, including strong odors.
