We are currently searching for a junior HR Officer to cover a maternity leave of 4-6 months. This position will allow you to gain valuable work experience while ensuring the continuity of operational HR tasks within the head office in Amsterdam.
Your tasks as junior HR officer:
- Coordinating, facilitating, and guiding HR processes such as onboarding, performance management & development, absenteeism, payroll mutations, visa and leave;
- The administration regarding the inflow, through- and outflow of personnel;
- Preparing all correspondence regarding terms of employment and contracts, including monitoring deadlines and reporting details to management;
- Describing and implementing processes & improvement processes;
- Closely working together with the HR Business Partners in order to provide the best HR support towards our business.
The assignment is fulltime for at least the period November till April. It is certainly possible that the contract will be extended after this period.
